I've lost all my website files-can I get them back?

Somehow I have gone and lost all the files for one of my websites on my PC.

Is it possible/how can I get them back into Frontpage 2002? - So that I can
make some changes to the site.

I am very untechnical so any advice in really simple terms would be much
appreciated.

Thanks in advance, Amanda

If your online site is running the FrontPage extensions, open that site in
FrontPage and publish back to a folder on your PC.
File->Open Web or File->Open Site (depending on version of FrontPage)
Type in the URL for the website in the form http://www.example.com
(replace www.example.com with your domain name).

Otherwise, use an FTP client (cuteFTP, FileZilla etc) to download the site
to a folder, then open the site on the PC in FrontPage - you may have to
redo navigation, shared borders and include files if you use any of these.

Don't forget to backup the PC - you could lose more than just a local copy
of a website.
