I've lost Excel Menu bar functions - Sort, Filter etc. ?Reinstall

My excel has lost many of the menu bar functions and I don't know why. Things
like Sort, Filter have dissappeared from keys. Can I reinstal them and how if
necessary

If you look further down your list of newsgroups, you'll find ones starting
"microsoft.public.excel"

microsoft.public.excel.misc
microsoft.public.excel.newusers
microsoft.public.excel.setup

Find them the same way you found this newsgroup?
