I've completely re-installed MS Office basic edition 2003 and MS outlook 2003
won't let me read the complete email, only the header info, I get the message
that text formatt hasn't been installed, which isn't true at all. I also
can't get
Internet Explorer beta 7 sp2 to complete the install!
