I've totally lost my toolbars in MSWord

I was playing around with macros and templates and did
something where I lost my toolbar. I initially went into
new documents under file and I choose a template.
Something I did took away my tool bars. I've gone into
the macros thingy, but because I don't know anything about
it, I cant configure it. What I would like to do is
simply restore my original word document with all the
toolbars. Keep in mind, I do not have 'file', 'tools', or
anything. I'm proficient with control keys, but there are
no controls for borders, or add color, or make tables.
Please help.
