Japanese Display

I'm Using Outlook Live with outlook 2007 and for some reason the e-mail
display is always incorrect. HTML e-mail messages show all their code, and
when I receive Japanese e-mail, it is converted incorrectly into ??? Chinese
maybe? but regardless it does not display correctly. However when I open
Hotmail to look at the same E-mail it displays correctly...

Any Ideas?

Are the messages correctly encoded when they arrive (ISO-2022-JP
normally)? Do you use a Personal Folders File (PST), and if so, is it a
Unicode-format PST file? Are you connected to an Exchange Server, if so,
is Outlook running in Unicode mode?

Sorry, I don't know Outlook Live, nor Outlook 2007. Is there a way to
run Outlook 2007 in Unicode Mode? Check Outlook 2007 Help.
