Using Outlook 2003 SP2 (Office 2003 SBE). A couple days ago, several of my
contacts, whose names are typed in Japanese fonts, became unreadable, showing
as question marks. Others are still fine. To my knowledge, no updates,
setting changes, etc. were made to the PC or programs. The Control Panel
Regional Settings and MS Office Language Settings don't seem to have changed
and appear to be correct. How can I get the question marks to show as
Japanese fonts again?
