Japanese IME available for Office 2003?

Does anyone know if the Japanese IME is available for Office 2003? The help file says it is, but when you go to Microsoft's website it only has IME for Office XP, not Office 2003!!

Japanese IME is not an Office function but is available in Windows 2000 and
Windows XP (Pro and Home). You do not need to download any programs unless
you are running Windows 98. Go to Control Panel, Regional and Language
Options or go to Help and Type IME and Search. It will give all the info you
need.
