Japanese IME for Office 2003?

I recently upgraded to Office 2003 from XP and in the
process, managed to uninstall my Japanese IME for XP. I
went to reinstall it and the installer says it requires
XP. Is there a new version of the Japanese IME for XP?
I know Windows XP comes with handwriting support, but I
don't have hardware for this - I use keyboard to input
romaji and only the IME can do this. Do I have to revert
to XP to continue to use my keyboard to input Japanese?
