Japanese in subject line

How do I get it so that I can read and write in Japanese in subject line. I
have the Japanese language pack installed and works with all other programs.
I see Japanese in the actual body of the text, and can write in Japanese
there as well. However, I cannot get the subject line to display Japanese
correctly nor write in Japanese.

You need Outlook 2003 or higher, running in Unicode Mode. See
