Japanese line breaks in Word

Hi all,

I was wondering if anyone could tell me if the Japanese
line break logic in Word is dictionary-based (e.g. it
won't break in the middle of a multi-character kanji word)
or based on a rule like kinsoku ("don't allow certain
characters to appear at the end/beginning of a line").
