Japanese Outlook issue

I have an issue that I am running into with Japanese
based OS 9.1 machines. Sometimes the clients using these
machines cannot reply to or forward emails. The email
just siimply closes. Rebuilding the exchnage profile and
reinstalling the app do not help. Any ideas?
