If you're using MS Office 2003 the proofing tools kit (a separate purchase if you're using the English language version of Office)
include the OCR files for each language and those are accessible through the optional install feature of MS Office, MS Office
Document Imaging that can be installed from the Microsoft Office 2003 choice in Add/Remove programs in the Windows control panel.
Separately, packages such as Abbyy Fine Reader (which may have come with your scanner, Printer or PC) have multiple languages
available.
