Java omissions/Hover Buttons in XP

I use FP 2002 in a new XP computer.
Problems:
1) In PREVIEW, hover buttons display but do not link.

2) In PREVIEW, hover buttons which open an email-to-us
window do not display TO: (email address).

3) When I go online, hover buttons link fine on IE 6.0 but
still button to email address does not.

4) In Netscape everything works.

Any ideas? Thanks
