JavaScript problems

I am working on page with some JavaScript. I keep getting the JavaScript
errors and the "Do you want to continue running scripts on this page?"
JavaScript routine will work in another place so it isn't like I messed up
the JavaScript.

Do I need to change the Authoring page and how?

I used to have JavaScript options in the Tool, Internet Options, Advanced in
IE6 for turning off debugging, etc. but after the reinstall, there are not
JavaScript options.

Any suggestions please?

Thanks,
Susan

The JavaScript errors do not occur when page is uploaded to the web. So it
makes it fun trying to test out code with browser on local machine. I admire
those who can work the JavaScript 'cause there seem to be so many errors
that can occur with it.

Never use FP Preview for any scripted pages
(preview is not a full browser and does not support all scripts)
Use File Preview in Browser
- if you get an error that way you will get one when you publish
- if you don't get an error that way, you will not get one when you publish
