jbal Problems using modprof.exe

I want to use modprof to modify an existing outlook 2000
profile, but I encounter several problem as follow :

- the variable %USERNAME% using by the modprof tools is
case sensitive

- when the service MS Exchange Server is modify, the other
access mailboxes are deleted (Properties,Advanced options,
Supplementary mailboxes)

- the service "Outlook Address Book" is deleted when the
profile is modified

Do you have any answers to those problems ?
