Jerky motion in Shockwave flash Activex control

Hi folks,
In MS Access, using a form, when I embed a swf file into an 'Shockwave
flash' ActiveX control, the motion is jerky. But if I display the file
in a Web Browser control, the motion is smooth. Unfortunately the Web
Browser control cannot hold the swf file in it. So I thought that I
can embed the swf into the Form as a Package and then display the file
embedded in the package in a Web Browser control or a Shockwave Flash
control. But I am unable to get the Web Browser control or the
Shockwave flash control to display the swf file which is in a Package
which is also in the same Form. Can anybody give me a solution to
either 1) Show my swf file in smooth motion or 2) Can I have the Web
Browser control display the swf file that is embeedded? Thanks in
advance. I am using Access 2000.
