Jet 4.0 Database engine update

I have Windows XP Professional and Office XP Professional
Version 2002. Do I install that Jet 4.0 update currently
being offered? It's the first I've heard of anything
called Jet 4 and I have not installed any like that
before.

JET (Joint Engine Technology) is the database engine that comes with Access.
When you create an Access mdb file, JET is the database engine that manage
the data in the database.
