Jet 4.0 Service Pack 7 Silent Installation

Hi,
I would like to install Jet 4.0 Service Pack 7 in the silent mode for
respective operating system through the setup using InstallShield. The help
given along with exe is that /Q as command line parameter is to be used for
silent installation, but it doesn't work.

Is there any other swiches to be used along with /Q?

Can anybody know how to install Jet 4.0 Service Pack in silent mode?
