Jet Engine Error ...change the same data at the same time

I have a database that receives datafrom form ASP forms.
When opening I received the error "The Microsft Jet
Database engine stoped the process because you and another
user are attempting to change the same data at the same
time." There was no lock file on the server, I have tried
to repair the DB but I still get the error when I try to
open the DB. All of the soultions that I have seen are
assume that you can open the DB. I can not open the DB,
what are my options.

1) Make a copy of the file.

2) Try making a new file and importing the data from the old file. You may
need to do this one item/table at a time in case one of them is corrupted.
Opening each of them after you import them. This will simply be a trial and
error item.

3) Download JetComp and try to compact and repair the file with the utility.

Thanks Wayne but... I'm not sure what you are looking for
me to do in step 2. I have tried creating a new DB and
then "get external data". Also "new - import table" and
the sme error results. I downloaded the Jetcomp, when I
ran it I got "Error Compacting Database".
