I Like perfect menu it adds functionality to Right Click Menu's. You can
create replacement menus or add on menus to add additional commands to Right
Click Menus. You can add application shortcuts. I also use it to create key
sequence commands to save files to a default location. It stays hidden
until you Right Click

Yes, right-click on the taskbar, choose Toolbars and Create New Toolbar.
Point it to an empty folder. Now use My Computer to navigate to this empty
folder and fill it with shortcuts to programs. Voila! Your toolbar is now
full of shortcut buttons
