JIT Debugger Issue

I'm working on a project that has a Word template in the startup folder. It also has three .NET dll's that are used (a SmartDocument dll, SmartTag dll and one other). Occassionally, I get a JIT debugger error an cannot do anything in Word. The only way to fix this problem is to run the Code Cleaner on the Word template. Has anyone else seen this, or have any ideas?
