I see that you posted a reply, but when I click on your name, the page is
blank, not showing your post.

I have downloaded several EMail templates from microsoft. Saved under my
documents directory. I only had a choice to save as a .cab file. When I try
to open it in outlook or work, it shows up in some weird text that is not
readable. What did I do wrong?

Follow Paul's excellent advice and you should be fine.

(Not sure why my other post would appear empty. I can see
it.............zand I'm not usually prone to seeing things. ;-) )
