Job Descriptions

On an org chart, what is the best way to list the main responsibilities
associated with a given person's job description so that it can be easily
read and understood, without totally cluttering up the org chart?

If the descriptions are more than a word or two long, I would use a seperate
table that indicates the name/position
and the job description.
