Job sharing position in Org Chart

How can I show a job sharing position (i.e. two part time managers) managing
staff?

Visio 2003 has a dotted line connector in the Org Chart stencil for this.
Previous versions did not permit this relationship.

I have Visio 2000 ... so there's no other way I can show this relationship?

I haven't tried this in 2000, but I believe the issue is that the Org Chart
add-on enforces the single report relationship. You can try adding a second
connector, but it may be removed by the add-on.

An alternative would be to use a single position shape for both managers.
You can right click on the shape to add a horizontal divider line. You'll
have to see whether this is visually acceptable.
