Job Title field not visible in mail merge via outlook contacts

I encountered an error when choosing data source during a mail merge in
Outlook 2003. I found the work around you posted on the Microsoft site and
followed the precise steps are the ones outlined by
Microsoft on their page about the schdmapi.dll error.

However, now I can't get the Job Title field to merge into my documents
(labels).

Using Outlook 2003, I am selecting an Outlook address book, then attempting
to add fields manually on the screen that says "Arrange your labels." I am
choosing "More items". Then insert address fields. Then choosing Job title
from the list.

Then I update all labels. I proceed through to the end of the 6 steps. I
edit
individual labels and all field come up except the Job title field.

Your help with this would much appreciated.
