Job title mail merge address block

How can I add the job title field to the "address block"
in mail merge in Word 2003

I am not sure why Microsoft inflicted the address block on us, as it was an
answer to a problem we didn't have. You can ignore it and insert the fields
you want directly in the document and have far more control over the layout.
In fact if you use the techniques suggested at
http://www.gmayor.com/mail_merge_labels_with_word_xp.htm you will have to
dig very hard to even find the address block :)
