Joins and Relationships in Queries

Looks like you'd want to use the "unmatched query
wizard". If you're not familiar with this, create a new
query from the database window and in the selection of the
types of queries you can run, you'll see "find unmatched
query wizard".

The first table you'd select would be the Module table,
the second table would be the Domain table. This will
give you the results you seek.
