Why doesn't the journal activities associate itself with
the excel, word, PowerPoint? When inside the contact, I
select the Actions menu, then new letter to contact and
it registers itself to the journal without the contact.
The other way was from the file menu, new, Office
document, then Excel or Word. It still registers itself
in the journal without the contact. I have to manually
take every journal entry and place the contact myself.
Is there a way to automate this? I know it use to work ,
since it did at my last employer.
