I have a user that is running Office XP Pro. I recently upgraded him to
Outlook 2003 so he would be able to take advantage of the Junk email filters
via Exchange.
My problem is that all Journal entries related to Word XP (the only entry
type he tracks) has stopped altogether. Outlook is not getting any entries
at all from any of the Office XP applications. I turned on tracking for
Excel and it didn't create any entries. It does, however, correctly add
email entries if tracking for that is turned on so I know that the Journal
function is working at least at that level.
Any suggestions as to what to try? Maybe reload both programs? Maybe
purchase Office 2003 and replace all the applications so they are within the
same suite?
Thanks,
