No, you can't. These are items from Microsoft Office
Outlook. The update you are describing is from Internet
Explorer which also include Outlook Express. Outlook
Express and Microsoft Office Outlook are not the same
program although their names are quite similar.
If you want these features you should use Microsoft
Office Outlook which is included in the Microsoft Office
suite or available seperately.
