Anyone know why the geniuses at Outlook development refuse to provide an
option for journal entries made against public contacts to automatically go
into the public journal?
This should be a no-brainer. Last time I asked a person, I got some BS
about security, which is just plain stupid. Make it an option and I can take
my chances.
What happens now requires you to take another step ( read waste time )
manually copying journal enries against public contacts from ones personal
journal to the public journal so everyone else can see the entry under
"activities".
