When I create a journal entry for an e-mail, either manually or
automatically, it sometimes appears in two contacts' activities, one correct,
the other incorrect. If I delete the journal entry in the incorrect contact,
it disappears from the correct contact too, so it is really only one journal
entry. If I examine the journal entry itself, ir makes reference to only the
correct contact, so I don't see why it appears in the other. By the way, I
am working in Outlook 2003, and this problem didn't occur in 97. It may be
related to the fact that I used to create new contacts by making a copy of a
similar contact entry, and modifying the copy. Any ideas anyone?
