Journal Entry Duration

I've recently started using the Journal feature of Outlook 2002. My question
is about how to change how the duration tracks. I have some entries which
show as Hours and minutes (7 Hours 32 minutes) and others which show as only
minutes (237 minutes). I want it to show as hours and minutes, I've done the
math to manually change the minutes to hours and minutes, but when I save and
close it changes back to just minutes. How do you set this?

I've gone into fields and chosen the Hours setting, but that doesn't seem to
work across the board. Some still show in minutes.
