Hi everyone,
I have a customer who sent me a screenshot of an Outlook 2003 Journal Entry
window that was up on his screen a few days back when he arrived to work in
the morning. I don't think he uses the Journal Entry features of Outlook. I
don't even think that he knows how to use it. However, he and I are a bit
concerned about this strange occurrence. I think our biggest concern would be
malware. Our antivirus software (Eset NOD32 Business Edition) hasn't detected
anything.
I wondered if anyone in this group had seen behavior like this in the past.
I don't think it has recurred since the initial incident. In case it may be
helpful, the Journal Entry had the following information:
Subject: -0,
Entry Type: Phone Call
Start Time: Sat 8/16/2008 11:13AM
Duration: 0 Minutes
I truly appreciate any help anyone in the group can give.
Sincerely,
-
