There's been several occassions where I have a Journal entry running,
clicked on Save-and-Close, then re-open it by double-clicking the
entry in Journal's Entry List view. The timer is still running, even
though I waited several minutes before re-opening. It doesn't seem to
depend on the Entry Type.
This does not always happen. I haven't noted whether it depends on
the workstation that I'm on or not.
What behaviour is normal? Should the timer stop after a Save-and-
Close (which is what I'm accustomed to)?
If yes, what would cause the timer to continue running after a Save-
and-Close? Is this a preference switch?
Is it a bug that this behaviour seems to be inconsistent? It has
ruined more than just a few Journal entries, so I appreciate any
suggestions on tracking down the cause.
