Journal Feature - Outlook

I have been trying to create a report using the journal field without any
success. My goal is to create a quick report of my weekly meetings to review
my notes and figure out any follow-up. I use the "Journal" field along with
some contact info. but the Journal field always comes out blank.

1.) Is this possible in Outlook or do I need to export that out to Access?
2.) How can I filter for clients only with Journal notes?
3.) How can I filter for specific dates of Journal notes?
