Journal not recording docx files

After upgrading from Office 2003 Pro to Office 2007 Pro Plus Journal no
longer tracks .docx or doc files. The Tools-Journal Options-Also record files
from: Microsoft Word is check, but it doesn't track them.
Can someone help direct me to the location to re-enable tracking of .doc and
..docs files ??
