We are currently using Outlook 2007 SP1 with all updates. When the users
select to track items via the Journal, only files that they access from the
local hard drive are recorded. Any files accessed from our network drives do
not get recorded. This functionality worked in 2003 as our Secretaries would
use it as a basis to start their time sheets. Is there are fix for this?
