Journal does not record outlook items. Outlook 2002. When setting up options
for journal (Menu path: Tools / Options / Journal Options / Automatically
record these items ) there is no list of Outlook items in the "Automatically
record..." pane.
Have tried using the registry editing advice found in the KnowledgeBase but
not enough information to recreate registry for Outlook items.
Jounaling was working OK until XP corrupted my user profile and the new
profile did not inherit all of the settings from the old profile.
Has anyone had this journal setup problem and if able to correct what was
the correction?
