I'm tempted to start a new thread, but I'll try it here first. For many
years and through many version of Outlook I have noticed that the list of
contracts in this window is only semi-attached to the real Contact List. I
see contacts listed in there that I long ago deleted, but still show up
there. You would think the Microsoft would have seen this by now; I couldn't
be the only person on Earth that has this problem. I believe this problem
resides somewhere in your Exchange Server profile where it can't be fixed.
Of course your profile will inevitably get screwed up and they made no
provisions to fix that. Not being able to control the contact list that
shows up in the Journal Options window cited above as a use is quite
frustrating. If someone knows the exact reason for this problem, please
reply. Thank you.
