Journal Question

Is there a way in Outlook 02 while using Journal, to actually save the
original e-mail message, instead of it showing just as an entry, with no
text kept?

It seems when I go back to check my Journal's correspondence, when I click
on the e-mail, it says this e-mail is no longer available.

Is there a view or setting I can alter/change so that I can view it later on
down the road?
