Journal should display 1 day in quarter hour entries

M

Mark Rhodes

I like to track my day by the time I spend doing various items. The journal
in outlook should track every action automatically with out my manual input.
This would mean that if I open MS Word, the journal tracks the time the
document is created/ opened and when it is closed. Another action for the
journal would be to track when Internet Explorer is opened and closed. The
journal should automatically track the business contact/account selection
activity as well. Like in the Accounts in Business Contacts allows tracking
of messages, phone calls, tasks, appointments and such so should the
information automatically log in the journal.

The view of the daily journal should be option to show items or activities
or broken down by the 5 or 10 or 15 min. division of the hour, with the time
line shown optionally vertically rather than horizontally.
