Journal Stopped Logging

I have a user who's Journal has stopped automatically logging all of her
activities. She is only trying to track .doc and .xls files.

I had to archive her Journal folder, which was suspiciously stuck at an even
145MB. Once archived, I could add documents and so forth manually, but it
still did not perform automatically.

I went into the registry to check:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\SharedTools\Outlook\Journaling\


AutoJournaled

Enabled

JournalByContact


Off = 0 On = 1

And all seemed to be configured correctly. Any ideas?
