Journal timeline, need to see shorter names?

I am using Microsoft Outlook 2007 with WIndows Vista. In Journal, with a
timeline view, I see full file names of, for instance, a Word document. They
are shortened because the full path name is so long and so I don't see the
important part which is the filename itself. I'm sure there must be a way to
do it and I have spent a long time trying but without success. Would very
much appreciate some help. Thanks in advance.

I'm not aware of a way to shorten th filename so you can see it in the timeline. Sorry.
