Journal Viewer tries to install when opening .pdf file

OS - Windows XP
Outlook 2002 SP3

We have two users on our computer and only one of them
runs in to this problem. When opening a .pdf file
(usually an attachment to an email), the Journal Viewer
tries to install, asks for the Office XP CD, but then
can't find the file that it wants.

The other user has no problem at all with opening .pdf
files through Outlook.

Strange, but true. Any ideas?
