I have been using Excel to keep a running log. I chose
Excel because I was not aware of the ability to change
views on the calendar and see the events in a log form.
I just discovered this facility. But now that I'm looking
around, I notice Journaling.
I use my running log to keep track of everything pertinent
to my training. This means that if i use calendar i will
need to add a bunch of fields to accomodate my log. Can I
do this for one category? Can I create a category called
Running and make all of the fields pertinent to just my
running?
Or.....Should I be doing something like this in
Journaling. I've never used the journaling feature, and
though I'm perfectly able to explore this issue, I want to
consult an expert on which is better suited to the task.
I'm anxious to start with either.
