JPEG as thumbnail in WORD doc

Linda

I have a JPEG file that I want to show as a thumbnail in
a word doc and have it open when someone clicks on the
JPEG. Is this possible, and if so...how?

Thanks

Hi Linda,

Word doesn't have a built in ability to create
thumbnails, you can insert the picture from file
and resize it then select it and use ctrl+K to create
a hyperlink to the original graphic, or you can use
an app like http://www.irfanview.com to create the
thumbnails to insert into Word.
