Jpeg changes colour

Hello,

I have a jpeg which when opened in photoshop is purple, the correct colour.
When I import it into Frontpage 2002, and insert it into a page it is light
blue. The only way I can currently get it to work is if I change the logo
into a gif within photoshop and then reimport and insert it. This however
reducing the quality of the logo and is no good.

I originally though that the jpeg was adjusted slightly to make its coulour
websafe. The change in colour however is too dramatic and I'm not even sure
if websafe colours are applyed to jpegs ?#!

Any help appreciated
