JPEG image appears two times in an Office 2003 document when you p

I have the exact problem listed above.

The Article ID for this problem is: 843284

Now my real problem is that I use an OEM version of Office'03 and they
require my credit card info when I call or email them for support. I don't
need support I just need a link to the hotfix so I can download it.

Anyone have a link to the hotfix?

Hi N.,

The hotfixes for Office are generally not available for
download, but are incorporated into the next Service Pack.

If you call *just* for the hotfix there will not be a charge made.

Microsoft have released a update rollup that addresses this issue, the
link is

This is version 2 the fix for 843284 was included in June in version 1
