Jpeg Images adding shadow in office

Hello,
Since I have updated to 2007 office I am noticing that a shadow is being
added to jpeg images. The art is exactly the same and when opened in other
programs such as illustrator, the shadowed background is not there. Help! I
don't want the background there!
